How do I sign up for a web hosting plan?

Do I have to have a domain name to sign up for a hosting plan?
No. You can register your domain name at the same time you sign up for your web hosting account. If you already have a domain name on hand, you will be unable to enjoy the discount from our package.
What type of database system do you support?
All of our plans come with a free MySQL database, upon request during ordering. If you already have an account with us, please make your request to our support. Our servers do not support Cold Fusion.
Do you support Java servlets(JSP)?
No.
Do you support Active Data Objects (ADO)?
No.
What is web hosting?
In order for a website to be available on the web, it must be stored on a web server. Web hosts rent web space on their servers to store website files like HTML and ASP.
How do I manage my email accounts?
In your Mail Manager, you can add, edit, and remove POP3 email accounts.
Do your servers support IMAP?
Our servers are configured to support IMAP.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques,and local bank transfers. Account will be activated after the confirmation of the payment.
How often will I be billed?
When you are billed is based on which hosting agreement you select. For example: If you select the 2-year agreement, you will be billed once every 2 years and receive a 20% discount.
Will I be able to send email through you?
We offer SMTP for all our POP3 mail accounts. Webpages that are hosted on our servers can also use our SMTP to send mails.

Do I have to have a domain name to sign up for a email hosting?
No. You can register your domain name at the same time you sign up for your email hosting account. The email hosting plans do not include a domain name. However, we are confident that our fee of S$15/yr is one of the lowest rate in town.
Do you provide other than POP3 mails?
No. We only provide POP3 mail accounts.
Do you provide webmail interface?
Yes. You can check your email here simply through a web browser.
Can I use POP3 client softwares like Outlook Express or Eudora?
Yes. There are only two of the most common softwares used in the market, generally all POP3 client softwares are compatible with our email servers.
What is email hosting?
In order for you to receive email, you must create a mailbox to store incoming mails, it must be stored on a email server. Email hosts rent space on their servers to store your email, where you can retrieve for reading, and send email through the mail server (SMTP).
